It is operated by AiFacer Swap Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company based in USA and established in 2022. AiFacer Swap Limited is creating a free and secure online environment for users all over the world.

1. Contact Details. If you contact us and provide us with your personal information, we may collect such name and email address for responding products feedback, complaints, bug reports, or any other service related questions;

2. Transaction Records. We provide in-app purchase to our users, and such purchase will be made through Apple Store. To provide you with the corresponding products, we may receive transaction records from third-party service providers, but you cannot be identified from those transaction records；

3. We may collect crash logs and data usage information for analysis purposes, solely to identify and resolve any problems users may encounter.

We understand and accept our responsibility to protect your data. Our employees are subject to confidentiality obligations. WE DO NOT and will never collect your personal information without notifying you and obtaining your permission.

We use industry-standard information, security tools, and measures, as well as internal procedures and strict guidelines to prevent information misuse and data leakage. We will use all measures to investigate the incident, including preventive measures, as required.

The app does not collect or store any biometric data or facial recognition information. The only data processed is the user-uploaded photo or video, which is temporarily used for face-swapping purposes. We utilizes photos or videos and machine learning algorithms solely to enable face swaps.

Open the app, if you upload an original photo or video and a target photo, click the face swap button, the photos or videos will be processed in real-time using AI-based algorithms to generate a face-swapped output. This process is conducted solely for the purpose of providing the face swap functionality. Any face data in the photo or video is immediately encrypted and transmitted to our servers for processing the visual effect.

We do not share, sold, or transfer any face data with third parties. All processing occurs within the app and its associated AI services, ensuring that user data remains private. These face data are temporarily stored on our cloud servers, which are provided by the cloud server manufacturer Amazon AWS.

Your uploaded photos or videos and the output photos or videos will be retained in AiFacer Swap servers for 30 days. After 30 days, the data will be deleted and cannot be recovered. You can download them within this period.

If you would like further information in relation to your legal rights under applicable law or would like to exercise any of them, please contact us via aifacer.swap@gmail.com at any time. Your local laws may permit you to request that we:

1. provide access to and/or a copy of certain information we hold about you.

2. prevent the processing of your information for direct marketing purposes (including any direct marketing processing based on profiling).

3. update information which is out of date or incorrect.

4. delete certain information which we are holding about you.

5. restrict the way that we process and disclose certain of your information.

6. revoke your consent for the processing of your information.

We will consider all requests and provide our response within the time period stated by applicable laws. Please note, however, that We may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so.
